Culinary Tales
Provides refugees with the opportunity to share their stories by employing them to run cooking classes and showcase their native cuisines.
 
Since its launch in 2016, Culinary Tales has provided over 50 refugees with meaningful work and fair pay, and has expanded its operations to include corporate and school cooking classes alongside its regular community classes.
 
Positivitree
Each week, cafés around campus produce approximately 80 kg of coffee ground waste per week, adding to landfill. However, used coffee grounds contain many key minerals that can help improve plant growth.
 
Positivitree uses these coffee grounds in conjunction with other biodegradable ingredients to create a DIY plant kit to improve mental health and well-being
